INGREDIENTS (2 personas)

Cream of pumpkin

  1. Pumpkin | 0,1 kg
  2. Kale | 0,1 kg
  3. Carrot | 0,1 kg
  4. Potato | 0,1 kg


Cream of pumpkin

  1. Peel the pumpkin and all the ingredients that need to be peeled
  2. Boil all of the ingredients in a pot with plenty of water until they have softened. (Check by piercing with a knife or skewer).
  3. Once all the ingredients are cooked, put them in a beater and liquidise until you have a smooth cream.
  4. Boil the kale in a pot for about 3 minutes and put to one side


  1. Heat up the cream, stirring with a whisk so it doesn’t stick
  2. Chop the red kale in thin strips ready for serving


  1. Pour the hot cream in the centre of the dish
  2. Place the thin strips of kale on top
